Survey Questions

Creating surveys and evaluating the answers can help you understand the current state of affairs, whether its a decision to make, an interview, analysis or even a business plan. Asking questions relating to each AMMERSE value can bring many insights. Many questions can be created per value, but here are some survey examples to get you started.

Rate the following with a value of 1 to 5, with 1 being "not at all important" and 5 being "extremely important."
